For External Public Relations, Martech manages the reputation, image, and relationships of organisations with external stakeholders such as customers, media, investors, government entities, and the general public. 

This involves strategies such as media relations management, corporate social responsibility, and crisis communication. 

The goal of external PR is to build trust, credibility, and goodwill with external audiences, enhance brand visibility, and ultimately support the organisation’s overall business objectives.
